To Apply for a Space for Your Child
Pick up an application from our office, email us at office@secondhomelc.org, or call our office at (540) 432-7989.
Once we have a completed application, we can let you know if a space is available for your child. A complete application includes a completed application form (one for each child) and a copy of your child’s physical examination and vaccination record.
We serve the following schools: Spotswood Elementary, Smithland Elementary, and Waterman Elementary.
Here’s some insight into our program!
Transportation
Harrisonburg School buses take children from Second Home Learning Center to Spotswood Elementary, Smithland Elementary, and Waterman Elementary Schools in the mornings and bring students from these schools to Second Home in the afternoons.
Food
We provide nutritious, healthy snacks served before and after school.
Hours
We are open at 6:00 am and close at 6:00 pm.
We operate Monday through Friday when schools are open.
Our Office Hours are 2-6pm weekly.
